It points out: as the plastic bags have been the major source of "white pollution", it is forbidden in the nation wide to produce, sale or use the ultra-thin plastic bags (thinner than 0.025mm) since 1^st,Jun, 2008,and all should stop offering the shopping plastic bag freely, substituted by paid-use.

As the plastic bags are widely used and hard to be dissolved naturally, it is always the most concern plastic products of "white pollution". Now, many countries have made the laws and regulations to ban or restrict the use of plastic bags. It has been a great wave to ban the plastic bag in the worldwide. China is now firing at the "white pollution", the "plastic bag ban" from 1^st,Jun, this year is a great stroke by government. At the same time, the government also takes relevant measures to make up the vacancy after the ban of plastic bag. The General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine (AQSIQ) will support and conduct the relevant enterprises to research and produce new alternative products as soon as possible, and will constitute the corresponding standards, said the vice director-general of AQSIQ,Pu Changcheng ,in the press conference held by State Council Information Office in 14^th,Jun,2008.

We believe, the kraft paper bags and non woven bags as the green and environment-friendly products, will have a good development prospect at the replacement of plastic bags in the future, and will be more and more popular in the market.
